It was a very nice hotel. But a couple of things could have made it better. First thing, the fire pit on the outside of the hotel was not working. The employee came out to try to get it working and he could not Also, the room needed to be dusted, by the towels & on the top of the coffee pot. The last thing, in the bathroom, by the sink floor, a boarder / trim kept falling off. One of the bars on the tub area had chipped paint.

Really good stay here, room was brilliant, like living in a studio apartment. Plenty of space to work also, desk and chair were very comfy. The tav swiveled to allow me to watch TV and work. Having a coffee machine, microwave, kitchen area was great. Bed was awesome, slept well. Parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast although not huge was different selections each day and was perfectly good. Bold coffee was excellent if you are European and used to the strong stuff. Washing room is really handy if staying a while. The gym was OK too, perfectly good enough for what I needed.

I was in town for a busy weekend handling family matters for a family member who lives in Tomball. The hotel was convenient to all the errands I needed to run which is why I selected this location. This Residence Inn is updated, very clean, and my room was quiet and spacious. If I were here on business I could easily stay here for a week or even longer. My king studio was so comfortable, with loads of storage, work space, lighting, electric outlets, and well-stocked kitchen with coffee maker and full-sized refrigerator for personal snacks or light meals. The breakfast offered a good variety in a bright sunny space with plenty of seating options. I very much appreciated having such a comfortable space to relax and do business while handling lots of family matters. My room was located in the back, facing open fields so my room was particularly peaceful.

Stay started off rocky because our room was not ready and initially gave us a room that was not in order, but I appreciate the manager making things right and comping the first night and also giving my wife a bottle of wine. The manager and staff were awesome and stepped up to the plate. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Houston/Tomball again.

We were in town for a doctor's appointment, and it was the perfect location very close to everywhere we needed to go

The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. Excellent for a long stay such as mine (2 Weeks).
